The AM65 and QBox ranges cover 40 volt and 80 volt electrofusion control boxes suitable for all sizes of fittings.

Fusion has created a range of machines capable of jointing pipes from 63mm to 630mm. Fusion’s Gator range offers full automation of all functions that contribute to a successful joint including:

* Drag measurement
* Trimming, incorporating Fusion’s unique feathering function
* Prompts for ‘inspect pipe alignment’
* Bead formation
* Heater monitoring – the Gator interlock system will not let you make a joint with an incorrect heater temperature
* Heat soak
Heater plate removal time less than 2 seconds

On the 500 and 630mm machines, heater and trimmer loading is fully automatic eliminating manual lifting.
